For decades working in people strategy, organizational development, and leadership advisory roles, I’ve partnered with mission-driven organizations at moments of growth, strain, and transition. Again and again, I watched leaders struggle, not because they didn’t care about their people, but because the structures meant to support them weren’t designed for real humans and real complexity.
I’ve sat inside organizations where culture was named as a priority, yet conflict went unresolved. Where equity was a stated value, but policies told a different story. Where leaders were exhausted, teams were misaligned, and HR was expected to hold it all together without the authority, clarity, or strategy to do so.
Alchemy was created to change that.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy and humanity. I help organizations design people systems that actually work; systems that support compliance and care, performance and wellbeing, leadership accountability and belonging. Sometimes that looks like stepping in as a fractional HR leader, offering senior-level oversight without a full-time hire.
